Robert (Bob) Schmitt received his D.V.M. from Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine in January 1983.  He completed an informal internship in equine reproduction & medicine at La Mesa Veterinary Hospital with Dr. Truman Smith in Raton, New Mexico.  He is a member of the AAEP and past president of the Montana Veterinary Medical Association.  He stays current with continuing education courses at AAEP and Montana Association meetings.
